Accessing Togari Onsen from Tokyo is a breeze. Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen's "Hakutaka" service and alight at Iiyama Station. From there, taking a bus is the most convenient option. The Shinkansen journey from Tokyo Station to Iiyama Station is a mere 1 hour and 40 minutes.
